Fees and Appointments
Therapy Fees:
- Initial Session - 80 minutes - $165
- Individual Session - 50 minutes - $135
- Couple/Family Session - 80 minutes - $195
- Individual Session - 80 minutes - $195
What Can I Expect At My First Session?
During your first session, you will be asked to provide a great deal of background information, describe your patterns and symptoms, discuss what if anything has worked for you in the past, and your current situation in detail. Then, you be asked to state your goals for therapy. At the conclusion of the session, I will speak with you about a preliminary treatment plan.
The initial session is scheduled for 80 minutes, and the fee is $165, which may be charged to your credit card when the evaluation is scheduled. For your convenience, you may complete the three forms New Client Form, Information & Data Form and the Credit Card Authorization Form, then bring them with you to your first session. Subsequent individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
How Do I Schedule My Appointment?
You may use the form below to schedule your initial consultation or feel free to contact our office. Please note that submission of this online form does not confirm your appointment. Angelina Rodriguez will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. Each session is scheduled to begin and end at its appointed time. If you are late for the session please understand that your session will be shortened as it will still end at the scheduled time, and payment for the full session is still due.
How Do I Pay For My Appointment?
All initial sessions must be processed by credit card through Google Checkout 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Credit card payments for regular sessions are processed online before your appointment via Google Checkout. Payments by cash or check are due at the end of every session.
What if I Need to Cancel an Appointment?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the usual session rates, unless there are extenuating circumstances. There is a twenty-four hour call service for your convenience.
What About Insurance?
Ms. Rodriguez bills clients directly for services. Clients are provided the documentation required for requesting reimbursement from their insurance company. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance carrier in advance if you intend seeking insurance reimbursements and ask about your “out of network” benefits.
When Can I make Appointments?
Ms. Rodriguez hold regular office hours of 9am to 6pm Monday-Thursday and offers service in both English and Spanish. |
