How Do I Pay for My Appointment?

• Credit cards, checks and exact cash are accepted
• Credit cards must be proccessed online before your appointment time
• All credit cards are processed online using Google checkout, see below
• All initial appointments must be processed by credit card 48 hours in advance
• Credit cards can not be processed at the office
• Payment is due by check or exact cash at each session, unless paid with credit card
• Please make all checks payable to Psychotherapy by Angelina, LLC
• Checks received with insufficient funds will be charged a $30 fee and your credit card will automatically be charged
• A Credit Card Authorization form must be completed to insure fiduciary responsibility for unpaid scheduled appointments.
